Bilingual telephone interviewer

- Carries out telephone or face-to-face interviews for various studies on subjects of public interest;

- Performs telephone recruitment for participation in focus groups.

 Requirements :

Very good spoken French and English;
Availability: evenings/weekends;
Basic computer skills.

Supervisor

- Manages and supervises the interview team;

- Provides initiation training and project-specific briefing for interviewers;

- Monitors for quality control;

- Data coding.

Availability : evenings/weekends;
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows/DOS Interviewer applications;
Experience in the survey field.

Research technician

- Supervises call center;

- Validates data entry and coding;

- File wiping;

- Statistical processing;

- Production of technical and methodological reports.

 Requirements :

Bilingual (French/English);
Minimum education: DEC in research and survey techniques;
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Interviewer for Windows/DOS, SPSS, Stat XP, and Power Point;
Experience in the survey field.

Analyst

- Develops questionnaires and interview grids;

- Analysis statistical data and content;

- Produces analytical reports;

- Presents results to clients.

 Requirements :

Undergraduate or graduate degree in the humanities, social sciences, or management;
Good written and spoken French and English;
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Interviewer for Windows/DOS, SPSS, Stat XP, and Power Point;
Aptitude for analysis and synthesis;
Experience in the survey field.
